    You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license or state-issued photo ID to verify your identity. Please also bring the document(s) you need notarized—unsigned, as the notary must witness your signature.

  • Do I need an appointment to see a notary?

    Yes, appointments are required to ensure availability and proper time for verification. Same-day appointments are often available.

  • What types of documents can be notarized?

    Common documents include affidavits, power of attorney forms, deeds, contracts, titles, and consent forms. If you’re unsure, contact us to confirm whether your document qualifies.

  • How much does notary service cost?

    Fees vary by document type and state law, please contact me for pricing!

  • Can you notarize documents for use outside the United States?

    Yes, we can notarize documents intended for international use. However, you may also need an apostille or authentication certificate—check with the receiving country’s requirements.

  • Can you notarize a document if it’s already signed?

    No. The notary must witness the signing in person to verify your identity and willingness to sign. If the document is already signed, you’ll need to print a new copy.

  • Do all signers have to be present at the same time?

    Yes, each signer must be present with valid ID for the notary to verify identity and witness the signature.

  • Can I use a passport instead of a driver’s license?

    Yes, a valid U.S. or foreign passport is accepted as a form of identification if it includes a photo, signature, and physical description.

  • What if I forget my ID?

    Unfortunately, a notary cannot complete the notarization without valid identification. Please reschedule once you have your ID available.
